Sam Newsome:
The Romanian Cultural Institute has put together an excellent event that promotes not only Romanian jazz but also Romanian culture in general. Romania is a place we don’t usually think of as offering great jazz so I think it is great that you provide this kind of exposure to your jazz artists. The great thing about jazz is that it allows everyone to present a side of their culture and since Romanian culture isnt’t really commonplace yet, it deserves all the it CAN get exposure. ICR

Vienna set up a great event that promotes not only the Romanian jazz, but the Romanian culture in general. Romania is a country not automatically associated with quality jazz, so it is phenomenal that your offer artists such exposure. Jazz is famous for his ability to give everyone a chance to submit their own culture and Romanian culture that is still a big unknown, deserves all the exposure it receives.

Lucian Ban: My collaboration with
Newsome Has Sat Because WE component rather strong Romanian Romanian Some worked with folk songs. The lines just for this Can not Be Drawn Other collaborations between Romanian and foreign artists. Everybody Knows That kind of jazz music is the international year.

My collaboration with Sam Newsome has a more pronounced Romanian part, because I worked Romanian folk songs. For other collaborations between Romanian and foreign artists boundaries are not so clear. Jazz, it's known, is an international music.
